Spring is in the air and Easter is just around the corner. Last year had the majority of us spending Easter without the normal gatherings and events. This year Grand Blanc Parks & Recreation is hoping to bring back a little bit of normal with a special Easter activity night.
Bicentennial Park is the place to be on Saturday, March 27th. That will be site for a special Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt. The event is a the perfect activity for the whole family, and a great way to get out of the house for some Easter fun.
Eggs will be scattered throughout Bicentennial Park, located on Grand Blanc Road, and filled with with candy, toys, prizes or special golden tickets. Participants will be able to take their golden tickets to the pavilion to redeem a prize.
The event has been broken down into the age categories and specific times:
- Ages 0-4: 7pm (day hunt)
- Ages 5-8: 8pm (glow hunt)
- Ages 9-12: 8:30pm (glow hunt)
If you happen to have multiple children that span across the different age groups, you will be able to schedule to keep them together.
Pre-registration is required due to space. Keep in mind that the event will fill up quickly so be sure to register soon. It is also advised that you dress for the weather since the entire event will be outside, and be sure to bring your own basket.
