Most of the graffiti wasn't readable, except for 'FREE BREEZY.'

Obviously, like most police departments around the country, the Flint PD is on high alert right now. However, Captin Collin Birnie says that it wasn't a threat, and the writing came off the vehicle.

"We are very happy and lucky to have a community that we get along with. We are there to protect them and in times like this, hopefully they will be there watch out for us too," Birnie told ABC 12.

They're reviewing surveillance video to see if they can piece it together. So, the question is...WHO IS BREEZY?!
