Got Half a Million Bucks? You Could Own Flint’s Masonic Temple
The historic building is for sale because the Masons can't keep up with the expenses.
The Masons have listed the building with a Grand Blanc real estate firm. The building was once one of five in the Flint area but now, it's the only one left. It's listed as a historical building and was founded in 1911.
It's also been home to thousands of lunches and chicken dinners, but the Masons are saying that it's too expensive to keep up with the building's electrical, plumbing and heating.
