Good Samaritans Save Cat Stuck in Tree for Five Days in Flint [PHOTOS]

Not gonna lie - I was totally following this drama on Facebook this weekend.

Nothing warms my heart more than seeing strangers come to the rescue...for a kitty who got himself into a tough situation.

This cat was reportedly stuck in this tree for five days. According to Facebook comments, residents tried to coax the cat down for a couple of days without any luck. That's when two guys named Jon and John came to the rescue.

One of the men works as a lineman for DTE, and they managed to climb the tree and get the cat down. Tons of people have been asking if they can send the men thank-you gifts, but the men instead requested that donations be made to a local rescue instead.
