Flint Native Andre Dirrell’s Uncle Gets Revenge, Punches Boxer [VIDEO]

This is what happens when you bring family to your match. 

Flint's own Andre Dirrell won the match in Maryland by disqualification over the weekend: his opponent, Jose Uzcategui, hit him after the bell. As Dirrell was being looked after by ringside doctors, his uncle and assistant, Leon Lawson Jr., sucker punched Uzcategui.

There's some history behind this - a couple of years back, Dirrell was hit illegally again, and his injuries prevented from fighting for some time. Basically, his uncle is protective over him, and got revenge.

Unfortunately, he's now being questioned by Maryland PD over it.
