Flint Man Arrested At Oakland County Park with Pot, $9K in Cash
Clearly, he was having a great Memorial Day.
A 24-year-old Flint man was arrested on Monday night at Groveland Oaks County Park in Oakland County after an employee called the police because he didn't pay the park's entry fee.
When police approached him, there was a strong smell of marijuana coming from the car, which gave them a reason to search the car. They then found $9,528 in cash, as well as an "undisclosed" amount of pot.
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office called the Narcotics Enforcement Team was called in to take over the investigation.
Sounds like he was planning a pretty amazing Memorial Day celebration.
