A Flint man is facing a pretty long list of charges after Michigan State Police say they found him passed out behind the wheel on I-75 in Oakland County.

Michigan State Police Find Flint Driver Passed Out on I-75

Troopers were called to I-75 near Clintonville Road Sunday night after a vehicle was reportedly blocking the travel lanes according to ABC 12. When they got there, they had to wake up the 44-year-old driver.

Police say they found open alcohol in the passenger seat. And when they searched the vehicle, they also found two knives, one measuring nine inches and another measuring 12 inches.

Flint Man Was Already Out on Bond for Previous OWI

And apparently, this guy already had some legal baggage. Police say he’s a convicted felon who was out on bond for a previous OWI. His preliminary blood alcohol level was reportedly twice the legal limit.

He was taken to the Oakland County Jail and is facing multiple charges, including two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of being a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, open intoxicants, driving without insurance and operating while intoxicated with a high BAC.

So, just to recap: allegedly drunk, asleep in the middle of I-75, open booze in the car, two knives, no insurance, and already out on bond for an OWI. That's a pretty impressive collection of bad decisions for one Sunday night.
