Flint Councilman Wantwaz Davis Headed to Jail…Again [VIDEO]

He was sentenced on Friday for a drunk driving incident that occurred last September.

Judge David Goggins told Davis, five months back, that he needed to stay away from drugs and alcohol. He was involved in a crash on I-69 on September 3rd where he told officers that he was being chased by somebody with a gun...but refused a breathalyzer test.

After the claim of being chased, he said that he had eaten some edible marijuana goodies, but his lawyer argued that he should be immune from penalties because he has a MMJ card.

He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, minus time served. He'll be allowed out to perform his job duties (WHAT??!!!), and will also be on probation for a year.

Can we just double-up the roast of Eric Mays and add Davis to the roster? It would be entertaining, for sure.
