Another day, another sideshow involving our favorite councilman Eric Mays. 

Mr. Mays pawned his city-issued laptop for $100, which was issued to him after he took office in 2013.

He pawned it at Music Man Pawnshop (across from Flint City Hall) on Monday and says that it's illegal; instead, it just shows that he's "poor." He plans to make good on the loan. Fellow councilman Scott Kincaid says he plans to file a complaint with Flint PD, citing that there could be sensitive information on the computer.

Meanwhile, our coworker Dan Foley from WFNT stopped out to see if he could buy the laptop....
