This is in addition to other safety procedures that the airport is taking during the pandemic.

Flint Bishop Airport will remain open during the state of Michigan's Stay Home, Stay Safe order, as they are considered a "critical business."

The gift shops, restaurants, and car rentals will also remain open.

According to the press release:

Starting Tuesday, March 24th, in addition to screening all airport personnel, the Flint Bishop Airport Police will begin taking non-contact, forehead temperatures of all passengers and public as they enter the terminal. The only doorway that will be open to the terminal is the center vestibule.
