Five Flint Families Suing After Alledged Mouth Taping At Brownell Stem Academy [VIDEO]

A lawsuit has been filed in Genesee County Circuit Court.Big trouble for Flint Community Schools, the Flint Board of Education and the substitute teacher.

Also charges were filed against the former substitute teacher accused of taping the mouths of Flint first graders. WOW..this thing sure took on legs. All claim the children had their mouths taped by a substitute teacher at Brownell STEM Academy in December. the incident happened back in December.

The district has not yet filed a response to the lawsuit. Friday Flint police announced 15 charges. Misdemeanor assault and battery charges, had been issued against the substitute teacher. Do you think the charges and law suits are over the top?
