Did a TV Station Stage an On-Camera ‘Incident’? [VIDEO]

How far would you go to make a point? So far as to stage a near-miss caught on camera during a TV newscast?

I'm not trying to downplay the heart of the story, a dangerous crosswalk, but look at the video and tell us what you think.
