More than four years after her death in 2018, another Detroit home belonging to Aretha Franklin has been listed for $975,000.

The home located on the Detroit Golf Club has had some renovations, but still needs a bit of TLC, according to the listing.

Listed as Having Plenty of Potential

The 7,000-square-foot fixer-upper has "plenty of potential," situated on just over a half acre of land. It has six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one-half bath. The basement is partially finished and there's a three-car garage.

The home is available on a land contract, according to Arlita Harvey of Alite Realty in Detroit. It hit the market earlier this year for $1.2 million with a recent price drop after a sale fell through during the summer.

Franklin passed away in August of 2018 after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer. She was just 76 years old.

Aretha Franklin's beautiful Bloomfield Hills home sold earlier this year, fetching $1.3 million. The 4,200-square-foot home featured six bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths along with numerous amenities like a sauna, pool, tennis court, and finished basement.

Her glorious Bloomfield Hills sold with some of the original appliances that were used by the Queen of Soul herself.

After a few years on the market, the Queen of Soul's Bloomfield Hills home has been sold for $1.3 million.

The home, located at 4585 Kiftsgate Bend, was owned by Aretha Franklin up until her death in 2018. It features a pool, tennis court, sauna, finished basement and original appliances used by Aretha herself.
