Chicago Meeting About Water Crisis Tomorrow: Public, Press Not Invited
There's a rally being held tomorrow in response to the closed-door meeting.
The Environmental Protection Agency, the CDC, Michigan's DEQ, doctors and representatives from Virginia Tech are all scheduled to meet at the regional EPA headquarters in Chicago tomorrow to discuss the Flint water crisis.
The meeting is closed-door: press and public are not allowed.
This is rubbing a LOT of people the wrong way. A rally is planned for tomorrow, starting at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Flint. The event page says that their mission is to "demand to be heard."
