It's been one week since the new year and I still can't stop snacking.  The other day we asked you what food was the hardest to give up after the holidays, and most of you said fries and chips. I've been working out, so I tell myself it's okay to eat junk food because I'm going to work it off later.  This is not good because I'm only going to maintain my weight by thinking this way.  I'm trying not to snack all day but it's really hard!

Most of the time I'm not even hungry but I'm still in holiday-mode where I tell myself it's no big deal.  I keep saying that I'll stop snacking the next day and eat more vegetables but it's still not working.

Am I the only one out there having a hard time with this?  Does anyone have any suggestions?  Please help me!
