Bruno Mars’ $1 Million Donation to Flint Went to New Playgrounds [VIDEO]
People have been asking about "where the money went" for almost a year, and now we know.
In August of 2017, Bruno Mars performed one of the last shows at the Palace of Auburn Hills, and he pledged $1 million of his own money to help the people of our city who have been affected by the water crisis.
Naturally, people questioned where the money was going to go. Remember all of those playground rehabilitation projects that happened around Flint this summer?
He partnered with the Community Foundation of Greater Flint and the Pediatric Public Health Initiative to get those playgrounds rehabbed. Thank you, Bruno!
