Another Michigan Teen Abused, Video Gets Posted to Facebook
Less than two weeks after a Facebook video of a Flint child being beaten went viral, resulting in three arrests, another video of a Michigan teenager being whipped has surfaced.
Today (4/15) police in Warren will be seeking criminal charges against a 15-year old and a 19-year old who are seen whipping a 14-year-old boy after he was caught stealing. WXYZ says the boy is heard screaming, asking the others to stop. Because of the graphic nature of the video, only still images are shown in the station's report.
Three people are facing child abuse charges after a similar video of an 11-year-old Flint boy being beaten went viral earlier this month.
