Affordable Dental Center to Open in Flint – The Good News

The center will be for patients with Medicaid or no insurance at all.

Genesee County Health Department is working in conjunction with My Community Dental Centers Inc. to open a new clinic, which will be located at G4007 W. Court St. in Flint.

The center will treat adults and children who have Medicaid, including Healthy Kids Dental, Healthy Michigan Plan and private dental insurance.

The clinic will have six chairs and perform everything from cleanings, fillings, tooth removal, partials, dentures and more.

The county is trying to avoid ER visits from people who don't have access to dental care. It's true that you should take care of your dental health like you take care of your mental health, and hopefully, this will help people who didn't have the option before!
