4-Year-Old Passes Out Heroin At Daycare

The world is a much different place than it was when I was growing up. In today's world, swing sets are disappearing from playgrounds in America, teachers are having threesomes with students, and kids are passing out heroin at daycare!

A woman in Delaware was arrested after her 4-year-old took almost 250 bags of heroin to the Hickory Tree Child Care Center and passed them out to classmates, thinking they were candy. Apparently, the family pet destroyed the child's backpack and her mother, 30-year-old Ashley Tull, gave her the drug-loaded bad as a replacement.  She obviously didn't check inside the bag or clean it our first.

A report says that Tull was arrested by police when she went to pick up her daughter.  Her children, including a 9-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter, have since been placed in the custody of a relative.  Tull has been ordered not to have any contact with her kids, and has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and maintaining a drug property.

Tull was released from police custody after posting bail of $6,000.  She could face more charges once police complete their investigation.
