Plastic Omnium New Energies
The name might sound familiar to some in the plastics & automotive industry as the parent company, Plastic Omnium, operates in Metro Detroit, Huron Charter Township (New Boston) and Adrian.
Now, ABC12 reports, Grand Blanc Township is getting the largest hydrogen fuel storage manufacturing facility in North America. Construction is supposed to begin later this year or early 2024 and create 175 jobs paying approximately $88,000 per year. It's expected to be operational by 2027.
