The Covid Emergency Rental Assistance program is here to help Genesee County renters and landlords with rent payments.

The CERA program was put in place by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority this year to offset the financial impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The program has given the Genesee County Community Action Resource Department roughly $12 Million to help residents who are behind on rent payments due to the pandemic.
