More than 10 years ago, I was making dinner for my friend Amanda. I only had one steak and one chicken breast in the freezer.  That was when I had the inspiration to create what she has named 'Meaty Treaty.' Since I first served this dish, my recipe has evolved just slightly over the years, and this hearty entree still packs a punch of true flavor explosion!

What you'll need:

  • 1 lb chicken (tenderloins are generally easier for this dish)
  • 1 lb beef (steak or beef for stew works best)
  • 2 bottles of wine (I prefer Merlot and White Zinfandel)
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • Lawry's Garlic Salt1 10oz. bottle of A-1 Steak Sauce
