Many will tell you that making perfect BBQ ribs is an exhaustive, lengthy process. It looks like Gloria may have "cracked the code" with her Easy BBQ Ribs, making it an easy pick for our Recipe of the Week.

You Will Need:

  • 3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 TB mesquite seasoning
  • 4 TS Garlic powder
  • 4 TS Paprika
  • l TB dried minced onion
  • l TB cinnamon
  • l TB cumin
  • 1 TB pepper
  • l/2 TS salt
  • 8 Lbs pork spareribs cut into serving pieces
  • 3 Cups BBQ Sauce

Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub over ribs. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place ribs bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350 for l hour, drain. Brush some of the barbecue sauce over ribs. Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally with barbecue sauce.
