With unemployment as high as it has been in decades, a lot of people are doing many more job interviews just trying to find an open position. The stress of financial problems makes the interview even more critical. There is a  new study that reveals that women were more stressed by the interview process, but the interview went better than the less-stressed man. Researchers think that the women just handled the stress better.

A study by the  University of Western Ontario discovered that women didn't let stress affect their performance during the interview. To try and figure why the difference they did 400 simulated   interviews they discovered that women adapted better than men. They also prepared better with practice interviews.
