With unemployment as high as it is, there are some new twists being added to job interviews for those brave enough to apply. It used to be pretty standard to go to an interview with resume in hand, dressed  in a suit and tie, meet with a human resource director and make your case for why you should get the job. .

Those days appear to be over with some companies changing the interview process.

The trend is called "extreme interviewing".  Some cases reported have made internship hopefuls writing long and complicated Twitter messages to demonstrate their potential skills.

Some interviews are incorporating questions which have no correct answer, like, "If you were taller would you be better at math?" It appears that the interview process has undergone some dramatic changes. Be prepared if it's you sitting in that interview seat.
