The big blue spiral waterslide at Torzewski Park has been closed because of safety violations.

Probably not a big surprise; if you head on over to the park's unofficial Facebook page, the first review that shows up is:

Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) has issued a cease and desist to the park until the slide is fixed; it was found to have corroded steel connecting the stairs to the platforms.

The order prohibits the operation of the water slide until the violation is corrected and complies with the Michigan Carnival-Amusement Safety Act.

Also, if you visit the park, bring cash because they apparently don't take cards. ;)
