UPDATE: Michigan Fugitive Turns Himself In, Brings Donuts [VIDEO]

He may have outstanding warrants, but at least he's a man of his word.

On October 6th, a man who calls himself "Champagne Torino" on Facebook, issued a challenge to Redford Township Police - if their post could get 1,000 shares, he would turn himself in on outstanding warrants.

The post has been shared over 4,000 times as of this morning, but police were doubtful that the man would actually turn himself in.

Last night around 6:30 PM, the man, whose real name is Michael Zaydel, turned himself in...and brought donuts. Plus one bagel.

He has a hearing this morning. Some Facebook users are calling for the judge to go easy on him because he kept his word. His warrants are for misdemeanors.

Wonder who the bagel was for...
