Tuesday Tails with the Humane Society of Genesee County: Bella

Each week we're showcasing one of the adorable animals looking for their "furever" home at the Humane Society of Genesee County.

This week we are telling the "tail" of Bella. She is a sweet and shy Retriever and Labrador mix. She is 8 years old and has been at the Humane Society of Genesee County since September.

Bella is timid and scared until she warms up to you. She was surrendered when her owners got divorced and they were unable to keep her. She has loving eyes and a calm sweet disposition. She would be perfect for someone looking for a calm dog to sit by them and snuggle.

Due to her age, she would be best in a home without younger children. It is advised she be placed with a household where the children are at least 12 years old and older.
