Training With AJ: Road To The Crim, Episode 5 [VIDEO]

Running took a backseat to biking this last week, and I'm definitely feeling it.

The Tour de Crim was amazing, but it definitely made me nervous. How the heck am I supposed to run that thing? Guess it's really time to put my nose to the grindstone....er, my feet to the road.
