Mark Johnston, 52, walked in to the Downtown Grand casino in Las Vegas already visibly intoxicated. 17 hours of black jack and pai gow, and almost 20 complimentary drinks later, he managed to get to his room and woke up the next morning with no memory of his time at the casino's tables.

Imagine his shock then to find out that he owed the house $500,000!

Johnston says he's not a sore loser. He feels that he was victimized by the casino. He has filed a lawsuit in Nevada that requests his gambling debt to be null and void and for unspecified punitive and compensatory damages.

The Downtown Grand casino wants their money.
