You will need…

  • Romaine or Iceberg lettuce, enough to fill a 13X9 dish
  • 1 small sweet onion, separated into rings
  • 1lb bacon, cooked
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Arrange lettuce in 13X9 dish, top with onion, then with bacon pieces. In one bowl mix sour cream and sugar. In another bowl mix vinegar and mayonnaise. Drizzle mayo/ vinegar mixture over lettuce. Then drizzle sour cream/sugar mixture over that. Top with Parmesan cheese. Chill for two - four hours and enjoy.
