Our recipe this week is a long-time family favorite in Michelle's house and she was kind enough to share it with all of us. Her family's recipe for this delicious Tater Tot Casserole is sure to become a favorite in your household as well -- get it here!

You will need:

  • One pound seasoned browned ground beef
  • One small can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • One cup milk
  • One 8 oz bag of cheddar cheese
  • One small container of french fried onions
  • One 32 oz bag of Ore Ida Tater Tots

Place seasoned browned meat in the bottom of a glass 13 x 9 cake pan. Add the soup mixed with the milk. Spread dried onions over the mixture. Sprinkle cheddar cheese to cover the ingredients. Top casserole with rows of Tater Tots. Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes or until desired crispness of Tater Tots. Top with Ketchup or your favorite sauce.
