The famous Ruth's Chris Steak House has opened its fourth Michigan location at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. That's a really big deal -- they don't open locations "just anywhere." Although, you can find them around the world.

Ruth's Chris restaurant history dates back to 1927. Until 1976, it was simply known as "Chris Steak House." There really was a Ruth behind the name--Ruth Fertel.
