Power Outage at Cedar Point Leaves Riders Stranded [VIDEO]

Passengers were stuck on rides for hours after a power outage at Cedar Point brought roller coasters to a stop earlier today. (5/28)

Guests began posting videos to social media (see below) after power was lost at about 11:23 am. Some reports indicate that riders were stuck on the stalled rides for hours before they were rescued by park employees.

The entire park was shut down and riders had to manually bring rides down to safety.
