Philadelphia Cellphone Jammer – Is He Taking the Law Into His Own Hands? [VIDEO]

The ability to push the 'mute' button on others' loud cellphone conversations - it would be a superpower greater than X-Ray Vision or Shape-Shifting wouldn't it?

But what if someone else had that superpower, and you were not able to make calls in the grocery store, at a restaurant, or while using public transportation? Drat!

Cellphone Jammers are illegal, but fairly easy to obtain on the web. NBC 10 in Philadelphia caught up with a man who is identified only as 'Eric' who is gaining notoriety as a cellphone vigilante.

Should the device be legal? Should restaurants and businesses have the right to install cellphone-blocking technology that would make their establishments cellphone dead zones?
