Would you go to a restaurant where you wouldn't have to pay if you didn't want to?  Panera Bread is doing just that, launching its third Panera Cares Cafe. The idea is that you pay what you want, if anything at all.  It's a charitable program and one of the goals is to make sure that everyone who needs a meal gets one.  People are encouraged to take what they need and donate their fair share.

There are no prices or cash registers, only suggested donation levels and donation bins.  A third location was opened yesterday in Portland, Oregon.  The other two locations are in Clayton, Missouri and Dearborn, Michigan.

How honest would you be if you went to a Panera Cares location?  Would you still pay?  If you did pay, would you pay less than normal?
