Officials Sing School Closing Message To Parents [VIDEO]

So how many calls have you gotten this year that school has been cancelled?  Five?  Six?  Even seven in many cases?  I'll bet you that none of those automated calls from your school sounded anything like the parents of students at Stephens Elementary School in Kentucky got on Monday (2/3/2014)!
