Apparently, New York police officers frequently adopt animals that they rescue. Who knew?

Officers Wong and Macdowell responded to a call - four stray kittens had gotten themselves caught in a basement window well. Being the awesome guys that they are, they risked life and limb to get the kitties out...and then went on to adopt two of them.

Nothing cuter than men in uniform with animals, amirite?
