Now Hiring! Salvation Army Hiring Bell Ringers in Genesee County

They're hoping that the opportunity will help people who have limited or no job experience. 

The Salvation Army is looking to hire approximately 100 bell ringers for the start of 2016's Red Kettle campaign. They'll be holding two job fairs coming up in the next couple of weeks :

Wednesday, Oct. 5: Beecher Corps, 1475 W. Coldwater Road.

Thursday, Oct. 13: Citadel Corps in downtown Flint, 211 W. Kearsley St.

The job fairs take place from 9 AM til noon each day. Pay is $8.40 an hour; applicants must be at least 18-years-old and have a valid state-issued ID and a social security card. Be prepared to schedule your availability on site at the job fairs.

The campaign starts on Friday, Nov. 4, and goes through Dec. 24. Bell ringers can expect to work any time Monday-Saturday, except for Thanksgiving Day.
