Northern Michigan HS Band Director Charged With Operating Drug House
Teachers across the entire state of Michigan are shaking their heads, as one of their own has been charged with manufacturing marijuana and operating a drug house.
Stephanie Terpening, a band director for a high school in St. Ignace, is being charged with criminal enterprise/conspiracy, two charges of manufacturing marijuana, drug delivery/manufacture, and maintaining a drug house.
A Northern Michigan TV station reports that Michigan State Police agents seized plants, cellphones, and cash from the home Terpening was living in.
It is unclear if the suspect had been selling to students.
