National Youth Organization Fixing Up Homes in Vassar – The Good News
The group is here in Michigan as part of Reach Mission Trips, a national Christian organization.
There are over 300 students that come from all across the country and all walks of life to help others. Camps are set up for a week in different places; right now, the group is staying at Central Elementary School. Their goal is to fix up approximately 22 sites in Tuscola County.
One of their projects is putting a new roof on Dale League's home. They've done everything from build decks, paint houses, seal roofs and put up siding.
This is PRICELESS for these kids. These are things that I wish I would've learned when I was younger. Great life experience! Thanks to our friends at WNEM TV 5 and Ashlyn Hill for bringing us this great story!
