A youth center worker and his wife are in trouble for helping their daughters fight back a bully in Peekskill, New York. They have seven-year-old twins and took them to confront a 10-year-old who had been bullying them but things got heated and out of control and that's when things got physical.

The 10-year-old told police the mother held her down and the girls started assaulting her, according to CBS New York. She also told police that the girls' father threw a chair at her back during the fight. The incident happened at a youth center but mom and dad say they've confronted the 10-year-old's parents about the bullying problem but claim nothing was ever resolved.

The parents of the twin girls have been hit with endangerment charges as well as a restraining order to stay away from the 10-year-old. The parents say the child hit her kids first and that's what caused the big fight in the first place.

So, should the parents be charged? Were they just trying to protect their kids or were they setting a bad example?
