Do you have one of these in your house? You may want to take a look at it!

A New Orleans company has announced they are voluntarily recalling 2.2 million bean bag chairs after two children died after climbing inside them. The Detroit News says the zippers on the chairs can open, letting the kids crawl into them and get trapped. A 3-year old girl from Kentucky and a boy from Texas died after suffocating and inhaling the bean bag's foam beads. The chairs were sold by Amazon, Wal-Mart and other retailers.

Ace Bayou Corp., which manufactures the bags in China, is also offering a free repair kit to disable the zippers.
