His bride-to-be had slipped the jeweler a note with a special request, and he had no idea.

Daniel Tallman, from Lake Orion, married his wife Amanda back in 2011, and had picked out a tungsten ring with diamonds to "seal the deal."

When he saw the note that she had told the jeweler to engrave on the inside of the ring, he loved it. "That's Amanda in a nutshell," he told Buzzfeed. "We have a very fun and humorous relationship."

“It makes marriage so much more enjoyable for us. We’re often told by our friends that they hope to have a marriage as we do some day. I take great pride in that and we feel it’s the greatest compliment that can be given about marriage.”

I can agree with that! Humor is the key! Nice job, Amanda!
