In a recent list by HotSpring of The 10 Best U.S. States for Golf in 2024, Michigan emerged as one of the top golf destinations in the country.

"To determine these rankings, we focused on the number of golf courses, the average number of sunny days per year, and the states with the highest number of best public courses", HotSpring said. 

Not only did Michigan make the list of the top 10, but it secured the #4 spot among the best states for golf. With 852 golf courses, nine of which are featured in Golf Digest's 100 Greatest Public Courses in America, the Great Lakes State is a prime location for golf enthusiasts. Michigan's pleasant summertime weather, averaging 71 sunny days annually, and abundant natural beauty add to its allure", HotSpring commented.
