Grand Blanc’s New Social Destination to Offer Topgolf Experience
Grand Blanc is about to get a whole lot more exciting! Get ready to tee off in style when the newest social hotspot soon opens in town.
We told you back in September of 2023 that downtown Grand Blanc would be welcoming, and can we add with open arms, a new social hub that would provide more than just a place to dine Since the groundbreaking, construction has been underway on The Garden Building of Grand Blanc.
The new 30,000-square-foot building will house retail space, a full-service restaurant, entertainment, and event space on the first floor. Office space, meeting rooms, and five residential units are set to occupy the second floor.

Set to open this fall, the project has been met with excitement for something "new & different" in the way of businesses setting up shop in town. The hub of the action for the property located on Reid Road just off of South Saginaw will be the tightly anticipated Irene's Craft Kitchen & Biergarten, which is sure to create a full downtown vibe for Grand Blanc, and it just got better.
Golfers, and even non-golfers who just like to have fun, will have somewhere new to "tee it up" when the doors open at The Garden Building. The team behind the Magic announced that Topgolf and Full Swing would be joining forces to make this the new hot spot of fun.
In a post to social media, the announcement said the new addition to the Garden Building family would be Topgolf Swing Suites. Part of Irene's, the new attraction will provide a widescreen immersive private venue perfect for small gatherings, or just some time hanging with friends. Just more reasons to love what's on the horizon for downtown Grand Blanc.
The opening for The Garden Building is on track for Fall 2024. This new project is expected to bring around 75 jobs to the downtown Grand Blanc area. We will keep you up to date on more exciting announcements and details as we get them.
