Michigan Bucks Men’s Soccer Relocating to Flint Next Season
Kettering's Atwood Stadium will serve as their home turf starting in 2019.
The Michigan Bucks Soccer Club, which has been the most successful in the USL League Two, is going to relocate to Flint from Pontiac beginning in their next season. The team will be under the leadership of Costa Papista, formerly of the Flint Firebirds, and Dan Duggan.
Duggan has been the owner of the team since it started in 1995, and Papista will be joining as an operating partner and team president.
The team was inspired to move their operations here to Flint after the huge renovations made at Atwood recently.
Will be great to have a soccer team here in Genesee County! You can get more information on their website HERE.
