For nearly a decade, a local bar game has been getting statewide attention. The Fenech Feud is an adults-only take on the classic TV staple Family Feud. However, host Jeremy Fenech surveys people at Genesee County bars with suggestive questions that lead to some outrageous answers.

A Michigan Original with a Twist

In addition to providing laughs and a healthy level of insanity for players and spectators alike, The Fenech Feud has also raised thousands of dollars for local charities. The tournaments have always benefitted the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan and the Old Newsboys of Flint. Recently, a Fenech Feud special raised $3,290 for the United Cancer Alliance right here in Genesee County.

Bands Battle for Bragging Rights

Another upcoming Fenech Feud special will feature two Michigan bands battling it out for bragging rights. On December 9th at The Montrose Pub, Approaching Autumn will take on Never the Crash during the first game at 8 p.m. The bands will provide giveaways and hang out with fans and spectators throughout the evening — and might even drop a few hints about new tracks they’re about to release.

Comedy, Music, and Charity Combine

Another great event happening on December 6th will be the annual Old Newsboys Fundraiser hosted by Streeter Brothers Concrete Contractors of Burton. The event will feature The Fenech Feud, live comedy from Melissa Hager, and music from Shakedown: The Bob Seger Experience. Guests can also enter a raffle to win a signed Bob Seger guitar.
