The Old Newsboys of Flint will be opening enrollment in their Christmas Box Program which has been serving children from Genesee County's low-income families for 87 years. Applicants can sign up to be a part of the program at the Old Newsboys office at 6255 Taylor Drive in Flint. It’s an ‘Old Fashioned Family Picnic’ Fundraiser for the Old Newsboys
Coming up next Saturday, September 24th, it's the first annual Old Fashioned Family Picnic. This community event promises to be as much fun, as it is a fundraiser. Activities include free kids games, face painting, and much much more! There is a cookie decorating contest (advance registration required), pizza making contest, chili cook off, and the Bocce Ball and Croquet tournament!
