Maroon 5's 2020 tour has been announced, and it includes a stop at DTE Energy Music Theatre.

The multi-platinum selling group will take the stage on June 16th. The band, led by singer and former judge of "The Voice" Adam Levine, announced Wednesday that they'll be embarking on a 2020 North American tour.

Maroon 5 will tour  with Leon Bridges, who will appear on all stadium dates, and Meghan Trainor, who will appear on all show dates. The groups  last local stop in the area was a September 2018 for a concert at Little Caesars Arena.

Their new  single “Memories" was released in September and is expected to be the lead single off the band's in-progress ninth studio album and the follow-up to 2017's Red Pill Blues.

The tour kicks off May 30 in Chula Vista, California and wraps up September 17th in Tampa. Tickets for the DTE show go on sale December 13th at noon, just in time for Christmas giving. Tickets start at $39.50 on the lawn seats.
